**2020-2021 VOLUNTEER UPDATE**
The safety of students, families, and staff is our number one priority. At this time, based on current COVID-19 restrictions, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Florida Department of Health guidelines; the district is suspending school-based volunteer and community partner activities until further notice.
As new information regarding school openings becomes available, we will communicate and post the notification as to when volunteers can resume volunteer activities.
Volunteering is as easy as 1-2-3!
REGISTER and STAY INFORMED with these simple steps:
Register/Re-activate on the Community Involvement system on the computer in the Phillippi Front Office.
Sign Up on our Volunteer List by clicking the SIGN ME UP button.
Once approved, start volunteering!
We recommend going through this process even if you are not sure that you have time to volunteer, that way if an opportunity comes up you won’t be waiting for approval!
Throughout the year we send volunteer opportunities via email and Facebook. (So be sure to like us on Facebook!) Notification emails are sent from the school, your classroom parent & the PTO. It’s important to read them so you are well informed about what is going on at school.
